We are so thankful to have wrapped up the exciting year of 2014 with a bang! As we are enjoying a fresh start in 2015, we thought to take a look back at some of the highlights of the recent trip around the Sun.
The Gallery+Studio in the Canadian Pacific Plaza Skyway continued to be a great home base for working on art as well as showing throughout the year.
The first part of 2014 was full of events at the gallery including our first ever Ladies Luxe Night-
Check out pictures of the very glamorous “LAV FASH LAUNCH” party for Lavender Magazine with Justin Jones, Fatima, Holly Mae and Brandon McCray.
Drew had an on air appearance with BT (Brian Turner), on KTWIN to talk about The Beer Dabbler, Guthrie Theater and Drew Beson Art! Special Thanks to Paul Thomas Hohag, and the “PCC” at the Paul Thomas Show and Chris Foster with the Libation Project at the The 110 North Loop Loft and for the practice run so many months ago!

Drew was honored to be the featured Artist in the Charles Stinson home in the 2014 Spring Luxury Home Tour published in Midwest Home Magazine
More recently, Drew had the pleasure of working with our great friend, Owner and Founder of Woodchuck, Ben VandenWylmelenberg, (yes, we know it’s a tongue-twister!)
Check out Woodchuck’s cool Ad campaign!
New opportunities and a great honor to have the steering committee for the Arts & Culture at MSP Airport Foundation as our guests at the gallery. Robyne Robinson is the Director of this committee, who is tasked with making MSP a world class Arts & Culture airport. We are excited to help them achieve this mission in the coming months!
Other projects that kept us busy this year included: three homes in the Parade of Homes Tour, donations to Free Arts Minnesota – Art Incognito and the Mpls-St.Paul Magazine ASID Designer Showcase where we had a chance to hang out with Frank and Amelia!
Honored to have Midwest Home Magazine vote Drew Beson Art as one of the TOP 101 Best Gift Ideas for 2014
Throughout the year Drew has been voraciously working away in the studio. Commission work was steady, but preparing for our very first International Art show pushed him to the next level! 15 never-before-seen pieces made the journey to Miami in December for ART BASEL / SPECTRUM MIAMI. The event was thrilling to attend as an exhibitor and by far one of our favorite highlights of 2014.
We continue to look forward to all that 2015 brings, with opportunities for shows in Turkey, New York, Miami and several locations in Europe it will be action packed!
Keep your eye out for feature articles about Drew in upcoming issues of Midwest Home and Art Business News.
We thank all of you for your love and support and wish you a very happy and prosperous 2015!
