The early end of a too short existence

In addition to being an artist, I also enjoy visiting museums, and galleries and whenever possible- purchasing art.

My biggest challenge is finding room to display my finds!

I especially like buying art that is in a very different style than my own… and I have a huge appreciation for art that takes a good deal of patience to create. When you spend so much time making art, you have to have an appreciation of the time and energy involved in the process, and respect high quality work.

I was saddened today to see that an art website that I appreciated a great deal, Art Quiver had announced front and center on their homepage that their gallery is closing.

I not only appreciated how much confidence ArtQuiver gave to potential collectors… but I also thought that most of the work that they selected to represent was really pretty good. It was a well curated online gallery with a great display of high-resolution images.

They offered free shipping, and while pieces weren’t inexpensive, they offered a generous return policy and made it easy for people to be confident to purchase.

It looks like I am going to have to step up to the plate, and fill the void they are leaving. Look for more of my work to be available on my website, and please be in touch if you see something you appreciate.
